About the Role

We are hiring for a key leadership role within bp’s Accounting, Reporting & Controlling (ARC) function.

This is not a transactional accounting role — you will own end-to-end RTR processes, lead a team, partner with business, and drive financial accuracy, controls, and transformation

What You’ll Be Doing

End-to-End Accounting Owners

• hipOwn and manage month-end and year-end close for assigned entities
• Lead complex accounting areas including inventory, pricing, and margin analysi
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of financials by resolving high-impact accounting issues
• Drive quality in balance sheet and reconciliation processes

Strong Controls & Financial Governance

• Ensure robust balance sheet controls, reconciliations, and review mechanisms
