Aramco Approved Procurement Engineer Mandatory EPC Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage RFQs (Requests for Quotations) for bidding projects
• Develop, optimize and maintain procurement proposal procedures and work standards
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors
• Participate in the evaluation of technical and commercial proposals
• Coordinate material‑related information among various departments
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management and HSE requirements
• Maintain and update procurement databases and records
• Provide regular progress reports to management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• 10–15 years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Proposal, or Tendering activities
