Arable Operator / General Farm Worker

We are seeking a motivated individual with a keen attitude to join a busy and progressive arable team. The successful candidate will play a key role in cultivations, drilling, and general farm operations, working with modern machinery and precision farming systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out cultivations and crop drilling using modern machinery including a Fendt 942
• Maintain and service cultivation and drilling equipment, including GPS and variable rate systems
• Monitor machinery performance and advise on servicing requirements
• Manage parts and ensure equipment is prepared for seasonal use and winter servicing
• Plan and deliver cultivation and drilling programmes in line with seasonal requirements
• Maintain accurate field records using farm software systems
