**What You'll Do**
+ You will be responsible for managing and resolving rejected credit card cases directly with customers and credit card holders in a timely manner, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
+ You will craft and maintain strong relationships with business partners to collect outstanding debt primarily through email communication while maintaining professionalism and clarity.
+ You will solve customer queries and invoice disputes from partners by conducting detailed transaction research, analyzing discrepancies, and providing comprehensive documentation of actions taken to resolve outstanding debt or disputed invoices.
