Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Project Manage range of projects on the farm. E.g., reorganizing the warehouse, establishing better entrance controls, scaling up the maintenance team (60%)
Enforce discipline across teams. E.g., Check follow through on commitments, spot check attendance and adherence to schedules, establish stronger accountability mechanisms and provide training on them (40%)
