The Apprentice Electrical Power Technician will perform on-the-job training (OJT) while learning and developing as a Technician. Responsibilities include participating in a variety of focused developmental activities, assignments, and rotations over 12-18 months to prepare for a professional role at HOLT. In the event the Apprentice Electrical Power Technician fails to perform, or no position is available after completion of the program, he or she will be separated from the company.
