As an Apprentice, Application Associate in Client Operations you will:

• Participate in project and application management duties to improve our internal tools and external client experience
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing with a high level of scrutiny ensuring successful project delivery
• Handle questions related to existing CRM and support functionality
• Run reports and dashboards for client interaction monitoring and for monthly department reporting
• Work with stakeholders to understand procedures and workflow guides. Ensure materials and guides are up to date.
• Work with a LEAN mindset.

Ideal candidates will have:

• An undergraduate degree, or certification in a related field, and possess strong quantitative, analytical and interpretive skills.
