Appointment Setter (Client Acquisition Role)



We’re looking for a confident, persuasive communicator who enjoys connecting with people and creating opportunities. As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact—sparking interest, building trust, and setting the foundation for strong client relationships.



What You’ll Do:



Reach out to leads and prospects to schedule appointments

Follow up consistently until appointments are secured

Handle inbound calls, texts, and emails from potential clients

Use proven scripts to communicate value and address objections

Update CRM records after every interaction

Manage and coordinate appointment calendars

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
