Description

In this role, you will provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children, supporting their behavioral, social, and developmental progress through structured and individualized intervention plans.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions based on treatment plans
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor progress
• Record and maintain accurate session data and reports
• Collaborate with supervisors and multidisciplinary teams to adjust therapy plans
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Engage with parents and caregivers to provide guidance and progress updates
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging therapy environment
• Maintain compliance with CDA regulations and centre policies
