            Responsibilities  Develop and apply advanced AI solutions including Agentic AI, RAG, and LLMs to enhance healthcare operations and patient care. 
Evaluate emerging technologies in NLP and Generative AI to drive continuous innovation within healthcare informatics. 
Lead the development lifecycle from prototype to production in partnership with engineering and architecture teams. 
Utilize NLP algorithms and deep learning to analyze unstructured healthcare data such as clinical notes and medical literature. 
Define and execute evaluation strategies for ML and LLM solutions, including quality metrics, bias checks, and performance monitoring. 
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across IT, clinical, and finance departments to identify data‑driven opportunities. 
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on predictive modeling results.
