Job Description
Research & implement AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to enhance code writing, refactoring, debugging, and architecture design.

Optimize workflows by designing AI-augmented workflows for code reviews, testing, bug triaging, and documentation.

Build and maintain custom prompts, agents, or fine-tuned models for domain-specific tasks.

Measure impact: define, track, and report productivity metrics.

Train and mentor engineering teams on effective AI tool usage.

Continuously research emerging AI technologies.

Collaborate with software engineers, architects, QA teams, and product managers.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.

3+ years of professional software development experience across the full lifecycle.
