            Responsibilities  Daily Support of business application system / CRM application. 
Liaising & interact with business users & vendors closely regarding application support. 
Able to make a presentation and convey system solutions to team and development team. 
Requirement gathering, conducting requirements analysis and preparing proposals (technical specification). 
Application testing and development. Conduct testing together with business users. 
Application implementation and providing training to users. 
 Requirements  Bachelor’s degree with coursework in information systems or computer science preferred; or equivalent experience. 
At least two (2) years’ experience working with administrative business application systems. 
Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail.
