Salary is 120k to 130k + bonus
2 days remote and 3 days onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for supporting trading applications used by internal teams and clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting order flow, trade execution, and system performance
- Respond to high-priority incidents with urgency, ensuring proper escalation when needed
- Communicate updates to users regarding outages, releases, and ongoing system changes
- Maintain and update support documentation, including procedures and operational runbooks
- Perform daily system checks to ensure platform stability and readiness for trading activity
- Collaborate with global teams to provide continuous support coverage and assist with testing, deployments, and upgrades
