Overview

We are looking for a skilled Application Production Support Engineer with 35 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management for enterprise applications, preferably in banking and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor application performance using tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, and Prometheus.
• Provide L1/L2 support for production applications to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Investigate and resolve incidents in collaboration with L2/L3 development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
• Implement automated monitoring, alerting, and log analysis for proactive issue resolution.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
