Job Title: Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities


+ Design, develop, support, and maintain new web-based, custom applications that support business needs and eliminate manual processes.

+ Utilize advanced ERP capabilities and automations to provide solutions to business users.

+ Troubleshoot and provide end-user support for ERP, data collection (barcode scanners and barcode printers), EDI, and other 3rd party applications via the use of SQL queries, code reviews, logs, data analysis, performance monitoring, and testing.

+ Build dashboards, reports, and queries within business intelligence applications.

+ Integrate BI and custom web applications with 3rd party software and databases.

+ Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholders for installing, testing, and troubleshooting application issues.
