The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can switch seamlessly between high-level strategic planning and day-to-day tactical execution. Candidate will analyse current systems to identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and foster a culture of operational excellence.

Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure seamless execution of workflows and delivery. Translate the company's strategic goals into actionable operational plans with clear KPIs. Collaborate with senior leadership to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
