Application Support Engineer

We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to support the rollout and ongoing success of a newly launched, enterprise platform. This role will focus on helping users onboard, configure, and troubleshoot the application while ensuring a seamless experience. This position is highly collaborative, working closely with product, engineering, and implementation teams. Itβs an opportunity to gain deep expertise in a growing platform while directly impacting user adoption and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
