Application Support / Cloud Operations Engineer (L2/L3)

We’re looking for an experienced Application Support / Cloud Operations Engineer to join a production operations team responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuity of business-critical applications.

This role combines hands-on troubleshooting, incident management, and cross-team coordination in modern cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for production applications (incident intake, triage, resolution)
• Monitor application health, availability, and performance
• Lead and coordinate incident resolution and major incidents
• Collaborate with platform, DevOps, and infrastructure teams
• Support production changes (validation, testing, rollback)
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to problem management
