Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: Day to day tasks include but are not limited to the following: 1. Assist end-user customers and resolve user s technical problems. 2. Coordinate and Manage statewide software rollout for newest major release (1+ year rollout) 3. Work with local law enforcement agencies to communicate requirements; coordinate implementation, schedule installation, and follow-up to ensure system is operational 4. Assist in the setup and installation of TraCS software. 5. Support and troubleshoot application issues. 6. Coordinate and Conduct classroom style trainings to local police agencies. 7. Dev...
