As an Applications Specialist at Dingo, you will be responsible for delivering successful customer solutions by configuring and deploying our Dingo Inspections product to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy mobile inspection forms using the Dingo Inspections tool using rule‑based logic to deliver a simple and seamless experience for end users.
• Gather, analyse, and document customer requirements, ensuring clarity for both customer and development teams.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and dependencies to ensure on‑time delivery for multiple customers.
• Act as the liaison between customers and the Product and/or R&D team(s) for technical requirements and platform enhancements.
• Assist with the delivery of customer data integrations (including inbound data feeds via direct integration or API and outbound integration with ERPs like SAP), ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
