Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end operation of an IT service in accordance with predefined service level agreements.
• Understand and track all service dependencies and proactively manage lifecycle.
• Support 3rd level for a Datalake house (platform operations).
• Participate in Agile program to support change initiatives.
• Support operations, maintenance, and overarching service lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with 1st, 2nd level, DevOps team, and external service providers.
• Act as gatekeeper for change in the platform and ensure compliance with IT governance (e.g., Security, Risk Management, Technical Debt Management).
