Period: 1 year contract (renewal basis)
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30AM – 6PM (standby as required)
Basic Salary: up to $5,300 (depending on experience and qualification)
Responsibilities - Create customer accounts.
- Identify and resolve technical issues encountered in customer provisioning process.
- Generate custom reports for management regarding case metrics and team performance.
- Assist in compiling data and material for client presentations.
- Assist MHA account and billing teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in review and maintenance of Knowledge Base to ensure consistency and relevance of articles.
- Assist in creation and maintenance of internal support team process documentation.
- Interface with other technical support personnel, engineering, and product management to escalated and resolve issues.
