Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region in the compressor oil
Plan and execute sales activities to meet revenue and market share goals.
Actively look for new ISPs, Customers through prospecting, referrals, networking, industry events, and digital platforms.
Keep track of market trends, customer expectations, and competitor activity to spot new growth opportunities.
Customer Engagement & Technical Support
Build strong working relationships with OEMs, ISPs, key decision-makers, and end users.
Understand customer applications and challenges, and recommend the right lubrication solutions.
Clearly explain the technical and commercial benefits of Klüber Lubrication products, including performance improvement and cost savings.
