We are seeking an Application Engineer – ESPRIT (f/m/d) to provide advanced technical support for our ESPRIT CAM software. In this role, you will collaborate closely with regional support teams and global partners, addressing complex escalated issues, driving product adoption, and strengthening the connection between support and development.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide second-level technical support for ESPRIT software and associated CAM solutions to Hexagon’s regional teams and partner network.
• Manage and resolve complex customer issues escalated by regional teams and partners.
• Investigate potential software bugs and enhancement requests.
