1. 1-3 years of experience in an associated Human Resources position, preferably managing HR data within HRIS (Workday)
2. Ability to analyze data or requests to solve problems and recommend solutions with strong attention to detaiL
3. Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
