Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm



Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master to support complex IT initiatives, drive Agile maturity, and manage delivery across multiple teams and priorities. The ideal candidate will operate at both the team and program level, ensuring alignment, predictability, and continuous improvement.



Key Responsibilities:

" Operate within Scrum while managing a hybrid Agile delivery model (Scrum + non-Scrum)

" Execute on prioritized work handed off by Product owner

" Ensure alignment, coordination, and delivery across teams and dependencies
