Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a Manila‑based Talent Acquisition team supporting APAC hiring needs
• Owning recruitment delivery outcomes across assigned APAC markets, ensuring consistent, high‑quality hiring at scale
• Shaping mid‑term (12-24 month) hiring strategies in partnership with senior HR and business stakeholders
• Anticipating workforce demand and aligning sourcing strategies and team capacity accordingly
