Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-curious FinOps Quality Analyst to join our Accounts Payable Quality Control team. In this role, you will ensure accuracy, compliance, and process health across AP operations — conducting quality audits, identifying defect patterns, performing root cause analysis, and reporting quality metrics in a clear, actionable manner.

Beyond traditional quality assurance, you will actively look for ways to use technology — including Python scripting, automation tools, and AI-assisted solutions — to make quality processes faster, more accurate, and less manual. You won't just flag problems; you'll help build solutions.

This role operates with guidance from your manager and senior team members while owning defined quality workstreams. You'll partner with operations teams to improve service quality and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
