Our client is seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to support a busy operational team responsible for work order management, supplier follow-up and billing accuracy.
Reporting into the broader operational support function, this role will suit someone with strong administration experience, high attention to detail and confidence working across high-volume work orders, financial adjustments and internal systems.
As the Business Support Officer, you will:

• Investigate and resolve work order and work request exceptions
• Monitor outstanding work orders and follow up to ensure completion
