About the Role

• Senior ANZ customer and commercial role in a high‑growth FMCG business with a strong portfolio across breakfast and snacking.
• Own the retail strategy and execution in New Zealand, with meaningful involvement in Australia head office relationships.
• Influence the wider business direction through customer insight, commercial thinking, and cross‑functional leadership.
• Partner closely with marketing, innovation, operations and technical to shape plans and land great in‑market execution.
• Travel to Australia several times per year as part of the role.
