About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Talent & Capability, this role combines strategic workforce analytics, HR systems leadership and people leadership. You'll lead a small team while driving the development of our people data capability, reporting, dashboards and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving data quality, governance and reporting accuracy
• Building and enhancing Power BI dashboards and workforce reporting
• Turning workforce data into meaningful insights and recommendations for leaders
• Leading and optimising our HR systems
• Leading our People Support team and improving employment lifecycle processes
• Exploring and implementing AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and decision making
