Key Responsibilities The Static Data Control Analyst/Associate supports the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of client and account static data across Wealth Management Operations. This role ensures timely processing of static data requests, strong control standards, and reliable downstream trading and settlement outcomes.
Operations & Delivery
Perform end-to-end static data maintenance for client, account, and product data
Process account lifecycle events such as:
Account opening and closure
Client profile updates
GIRO, EPS, CPF/SRS, SIP, and related setups
Ensure data is accurately captured across source systems and downstream platforms
Meet turnaround times (SLAs) while maintaining high quality and zero-defect mindset
Handle daily BAU and volume spikes in a controlled and disciplined manner
