You will help manage customer disputes and accounts, including credit note creation and TSM settlements, for customer accounts for all in‑scope markets in Asia and ANZ. You will be co‑accountable for DSO targets by proactively driving the timely identification, substantiation, resolution and clearing of customer claims and disputes.
