Corpay is hiring a Private Market Onboarding Analyst in Toronto focused on compliance and client onboarding for private market clients. Your role will be crucial in ensuring adherence to AML/CTF regulations and excellent due diligence.
In this position, you will report directly to the North American Compliance Director. Your primary tasks will include conducting thorough client assessments including KYC, CDD, and EDD for private equity funds and trusts. You will maintain high standards of regulatory compliance while streamlining the onboarding process across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct KYC/CDD/EDD for complex financial clients
• Execute Enhanced Due Diligence for high-risk clients
• Ensure compliance with Canadian and U.S. regulations
