ZALORA - Business Analyst

Description

ZALORA is looking for an analytical and process-oriented person with an interest in the Operations and e-commerce industry. In this role you will support analysis and lead core projects to drive operational improvements in the ZALORA fulfillment centers in South East Asia. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced and growing business where you will work closely with the Company’s Top Management, and get extensive regional and cross-functional exposure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the operation processes and large datasets to gather process insights and propose process improvement ideas, primarily focusing on operational processes.
• Implement tech-supported improvements in the OMS system.
