Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Analyst, IT Operations located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Sr Analyst, IT Operations the Analyst, IT Operations is responsible for incident management, application support, and IT project implementations, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Experience supporting FlexFlow and enterprise applications such as ERP, Shop Floor, Warehouse Management, Finance, and Collaboration systems is highly preferred.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Provide day-to-day IT operational support for business-critical applications and infrastructure.
  • Deliver L2 support, troubleshoot incidents, and manage tickets through established service management processes.
