About Our Group The Production Planning team at Seagate Singapore (W1) plays a critical role in orchestrating smooth factory operations by ensuring aligned production schedules, optimized capacity usage, accurate material planning, and timely delivery performance. The team partners closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, IE, and Customer Operations to support both daily build execution and long term planning. About The Role - You Will
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer requirements, inventory targets, and factory capacity constraints.
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure readiness of materials, tools, and resources for smooth execution.
Analyze production demand, output trends, equipment availability, and WIP status to recommend adjustments.
Perform capacity planning and scenario analysis to support ramp plans, NPI builds, and recovery actions. <...
