Job Description Business Analyst, Campaign Management Analytics Job Responsibilities Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, telesales, direct mailer and paid media. Design journey based campaigns, segment customers based on lifecycle stages and behaviors, and map out touchpoints & triggers. Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to optimize campaign performance. Ensure all campaigns comply with PDPA and other relevant regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
