The Role

• Partner with brewery leaders to provide insights, challenge assumptions and support decision making
• Build strong relationships to influence, add value and collaborate with the breweries
• Deliver forecasting, budgeting and reporting across manufacturing costs, utilities, labour and site performance
• Support value creation initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs and strengthen operational outcomes
• Manage balance sheet activities and support capital expenditure processes across the brewery sites
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and embed efficiencies
• Deliver budgeting, forecasting and reporting with strong attention to detail and commercial acumen
• Collaborate with the Senior Finance Analyst at the Pride to align on a consistent approach across different breweries
