The opportunity

The Applications Analyst (Inventory Control and Transfers) will collaborate closely with IT Business Analyst colleagues to support the business teams. The role will provide Level 1 support for inventory management and logistics transactions in JD Edwards (World and EnterpriseOne). It will also work closely with other IT teams and stakeholders to support issue testing, develop training guides and documentation, and provide post-go-live support. The position sits in the Information Technology Department, reporting to the Manager, Applications.

The role

• Provide Level 1 application support for JD Edwards ERP systems by prioritizing and resolving user incidents, service requests, and inquiries related to inventory management, logistics, and shipping documentation.
• Maintain system integrity by identifying discrepancies and executing corrective actions, including oversight of inventory control and transfer-related batch jobs. <...
