Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 4 to 7 years of experience ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of business‑critical applications.
- IT Service Management: ITIL Foundation certification (essential for understanding service desk operations).
- Digital tool certifications: Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps), Microsoft Office 365, ServiceNow are a plus; SAP certifications or similar also valued.
- Experience administering user access and permissions.
- Experience monitoring application performance and availability.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving application‑related incidents and service requests.
- Experience preparing and maintaining application documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
