Analyst – Application Development

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4 to 7 years of experience ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of business‑critical applications.
• IT Service Management: ITIL Foundation certification (essential for understanding service desk operations).
• Digital tool certifications: Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps), Microsoft Office 365, ServiceNow are a plus; SAP certifications or similar also valued.
• Experience administering user access and permissions.
• Experience monitoring application performance and availability.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving application‑related incidents and service requests.
• Experience preparing and maintaining application documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
