Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Manage the REO property preservation process for reverse mortgages, following all company procedures and legal guidelines.
• Coordinate and oversee timely completion of property inspections to identify any safety hazards or maintenance needs.
• Secure vacant properties to prevent unauthorized access and vandalism.
• Oversee property clean-out and debris removal.
• Manage lawn maintenance, including grass cutting and landscaping, to maintain curb appeal and prevent code violations.
• Coordinate winterization services to protect vacant properties from weather damage during cold seasons.
• Ensure completion of other life safety and preservation measures as needed (e.g., board-up services, plumbing shut-off).
• Track and document all preservation activities for each property.
