Responsibilities
Support business in defining and drafting user requirements.
Takes requirements and designs functional solutions.
Act as liaison with technical teams, providing functional and technical visibility.
Participate in the definition of solutions, understanding the impact on systems.
Develop and execute functional testing plans.
Provide user support and guidance.
Participate in evolution projects, corrective maintenance, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Experience in pricing and issuance of Life Group products.
