Responsibilities

• Receive and review supporting documentation for payment claims of sectorial and extra‑sectorial contracts.
• Accrue payment states for sectorial and extra‑sectorial contracts.
• Maintain and safeguard the archive of contract documents.
• Manage contracts and credit transfers.
• Perform accounting adjustments.
• Conduct monthly and annual accounting and budget closings.
• Attend to internal clients.
• Provide support to the Subdepartment.
• Control accounts and issue internal reports.
• Issue third‑party service vouchers and purchase invoices.
• Reconcile FIAR.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
