MAJOR FUNCTION

: The AMTC Program Manager position is housed in Workforce Development and reports to the Director of Business and Industry. This position is responsible for the short-term and long-term goals, including revenue generation, of the AMTC with primary focus on developing and delivering technical manufacturing training.  The position is a highly professional position given the fiduciary responsibilities, supervisory responsibilities, variety of tasks assigned to the position and strategic planning and implementation requirements.  

Primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Manages the daily operations of the AMTC to continually improve the quality and efficiency of customer service, performance, program outcomes and community outreach.
