Inbound Lead – East Tamaki, Auckland, New Zealand

Employment: Permanent / Full Time – Onsite – Shift: AM 5:30am – 2pm

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the inbound function to achieve maximum productivity and cost‑effectiveness.
• Manage workload to satisfy customer orders and operational requirements, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
• Implement and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Encourage a culture of innovative thought and financial discipline, aligning with the company’s mission, vision, principles, and values.
• Report possible procedural improvements to the AM or PM Supervisor and drive continuous process improvements.
• Support efficient operations within the distribution centre to meet customer demands and foster a high‑performance culture.
