About the Role

Working from a modern fabrication workshop, you will be involved in the manufacture and assembly of custom aluminium marine infrastructure, including gangways and other specialised fabricated components. This is not repetitive production work. Every project presents a new challenge, requiring accuracy, craftsmanship, and pride in producing high-quality finished products.

What You'll Be Doing

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Fabricating bespoke aluminium marine components
• MIG welding aluminium to a high standard
• Manufacturing marine gangways and structural assemblies
• Working as part of an experienced fabrication team
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and workshop safety

What We're Looking For

• Mid to senior-level aluminium fabrication experience
• Strong MIG welding capability
• Ability to confidently read and work from engineering...
