Attend site meetings or visits to assess project requirements and provide technical support 
Manage daily rostering and scheduling of work teams to optimize operational efficiency 
Oversee fabrication processes and coordinate project activities to ensure quality and timely delivery 
Conduct daily team briefings and toolbox meetings to communicate goals, safety, and progress
