As part of the Software Excellence Team  you will work on ways to increase standardization and automation in software development in close collaboration with all development teams. The focus of your work will be around the development, maintenance and user support for the tool topics with respect to Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) toolchain based on Jira.

• Work on maintenance of existing ALM Toolchain based on Atlassian Jira and associated plugins
  • Keep the tool chain up to date (with latest stable versions)
  • Ensure thorough tests are conducted over the updates to ensure all features are working as expected
  • Ensure that services are running with no/ minimal downtime
• Support the continuous improvement of ALM
  • Get to know the tools and processes from end-user and administrator perspective
