Travel Surgical Tech Opportunity

Join St Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington as a Surgical Tech for a 13-week contract starting July 6, 2026. This role involves working 4/10s shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, minimal call, and floating to the Main OR.

Job Description:

The Surgical Tech will assist in surgeries at the OR-Walters Surgery Center with a focus on ENT, robotics, GYN, cysto, ortho, and general cases. This position requires flexibility in scheduling and a readiness for minimal on-call requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons and RNs.
• Prepare operating rooms, arrange equipment, and help doctors during surgeries.
• Float between Operating Room suites and potentially Same Day Surgery OR or Main OR.
